Eldhurst LLC at a glance
One page for a network, buyer or compliance team. The full answers are at eldhurst.com/partners.
- Company
- Eldhurst LLC — Massachusetts limited liability company, formed 2026. 82 Wendell Ave STE 100, Pittsfield, MA 01201. contact@eldhurst.com
- Brands
- Countyguard (first brand, launching 1 August 2026, countyguard.com) · Claimbrook (in development) · Countycase (planned). Brands are operating names of Eldhurst LLC, not separate companies; every Countyguard page names Eldhurst LLC in its footer.
- What the brands publish
- County-level emergency and decision guides built from named public datasets (FEMA, NOAA, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and the EPA), each figure linked to a record giving the dataset, fields, window and rounding.
- Countyguard at launch: 44 Texas county guides and a statewide guide, from 254 counties considered; 210 route to statewide guidance rather than carry a thin page.
- How readers arrive
- Search and direct visits to domains we own. No third-party domains, no syndication into another site’s subfolder, no pop-unders, interstitials, incentivised clicks or co-registration. Any future paid media will name the buying entity on the partners page.
- Reader data
- No contact information collected anywhere: no lead form, account or comment field on any Eldhurst property; readers dial a published number themselves. There is therefore no contact list to sell and no consent record for us to warrant.
- Traffic measurement: eldhurst.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics; Countyguard uses Google Analytics, disclosed in its own privacy policy, and states it does not use that information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell it.
- Calls
- The reader initiates the call. Where a routing network connects that reader to a provider, that network’s consent, recording and revocation practices govern the call. Providers are independent businesses; we claim no vetting we have not performed.
- Disclosure as printed
- “Countyguard is paid for making the connection. There is no separate connection fee to you, and no obligation to hire anyone.” — beside the connection line, at the size of the surrounding text.
- What we decline
- Lead forms; selling reader contact data; paid placement in rankings or “best of” lists; vetting or endorsement claims we cannot back; a page about a place merely because the place exists; estimates presented as measurements.
- Legal notices
- legal@eldhurst.com — service of process, rights-holder and takedown notices, and correspondence from counsel.
- Complaints and corrections
- Reader and provider complaints: support@eldhurst.com. Fixes are logged and dated at eldhurst.com/corrections.
